Electronic and Mechanical Production Pay:

$19-22/hr, depending on experience

Shift:

Monday-Friday 6am - 2:30pm What You'll Do Assemble electronic and mechanical components by following step-by-step work instructions and drawings Perform basic electronic and electrical assembly tasks as part of a team Use simple hand tools such as screwdrivers and similar tools for mechanical assembly Assist with soldering tasks after training (prior experience is helpful but not required) Operate basic production machines and equipment safely Check your work to ensure products meet quality standards Use a computer to view instructions and enter basic production information Work closely with teammates and supervisors to meet daily production goals Follow safety rules, procedures, and work instructions written in English What We're Looking For Ability to use basic hand tools Good hand-eye coordination and comfort working with small parts Ability to read and follow instructions in English Basic computer skills (Windows, Excel, Word, or similar) Willingness to learn new skills and follow standard procedures Strong attention to detail Reliable team player with a positive attitude Nice to Have (But Not Required) Any experience with assembly, manufacturing, or production work Exposure to soldering, electronics, or mechanical assembly Experience in fast-paced, process-driven jobs (manufacturing, warehouse, food service, etc.) Familiarity with quality or production concepts (we will train) Why Work With Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
