$57,000 - $62,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 4

High SchoolResponsibilities Execute complex mechanical and electromechanical subassemblies by interpreting technical drawings, bills of material (BOM), and work instructions with high accuracy. Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, and specialized fixtures to perform bench and line assembly while ensuring the correct fit, alignment, and function of all components. Maintain rigorous workmanship standards by performing self-inspections and functional testing, accurately documenting results in production travelers and routers. Proactively identify and report nonconforming materials or process bottlenecks, ensuring all assembly issues are addressed to maintain strict production schedules and quality benchmarks. Contribute to operational excellence by providing feedback on tooling and workflows, actively supporting initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, and overall production delivery.
