Cleanroom Technician Job Description We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cleanroom Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and precision. Responsibilities Differentiate between good and bad heaters, circuits, and wire wound panels. Inspect your own work to ensure it meets product requirements and descriptions. Clean raw materials and finished parts using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths. Prepare pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) application and the bladder press for PSA. Tape heaters on boards for potting or conformal coating. Essential Skills Proficiency in soldering and crimping. Ability to use hand tools effectively. Mechanically inclined with experience in work orders, assembly, troubleshooting, and using measuring tools. Self-starter with data entry skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Basic math knowledge. Ability to speak and read English fluently. Punctuality and reliability in showing up on time. Why Work Here? The standard work hours are from 7 am to 3 pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Lyme, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
