Westaff is Hiring for Weekend Shift Assemblers and Sheet Metal Positions in Farmington, CT!
Shift:
Saturday-Sunday, 7:00 AM-7:00 PM We're hiring motivated Assemblers and Sheet Metal Technicians for our weekend shift. These roles support production by assembling components, working with sheet metal parts, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools Work with sheet metal components, including cutting, bending, or fitting Follow production drawings, instructions, and safety procedures Inspect parts for accuracy and quality Maintain a clean, organized work area Work with hand and power tools to assemble small to large components
Requirements:
Previous manufacturing, assembly, or sheet metal experience preferred Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs and stand for long periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable attendance for weekend shifts Ability to work independently and as part of a team Apply TODAY For
