This role works across multiple industries including medical, military, industrial, and data communications. Responsibilities:
Assemble cable and wire components according to specifications and production requirements Cut, strip, and prepare wires and cables using hand tools or automated equipment Perform soldering, crimping, and connection of wires to components and connectors Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and technical documents Operate molding, coiling, and testing equipment as required Test products for continuity, cross-continuity, and electrical integrity using testing devices Ensure all work meets quality standards and required tolerances Package finished products for shipment and accurately document production work Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards) Collaborate with team members, leads, and other departments to meet production goals Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality Follow all safety procedures and ISO9001 requirements Working hours:
Various Shifts Available Skills:
Experience in wire and cable assembly manufacturing IPC 620 and/or
J STD 001
certification Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles Experience with MRP (Manufacturing Requirements Planning) systems (English/Spanish) is a plus Experience with soldering, crimping, and electrical testing equipment
Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
