Bobbin Scraper (Entry-Level Manufacturing)

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bobbin Scraper . This is an entry-level position focused on removing wire from plastic bobbin reels. It's a straightforward, hands-on role that plays an important part in our manufacturing process.•Key Responsibilities Remove (peel down) wire from plastic bobbin reels ranging from 4-8 inches in size Operate basic machinery to assist with wire removal when applicable Use hand tools such as wire cutters for reels that cannot be processed by machine Maintain a steady workflow over the course of an 8-hour shift Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Inspect reels to ensure proper removal of wire Qualifications No prior experience required•entry-level role Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Comfortable working with hands and basic tools Strong attention to detail and consistency Dependable and punctual Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to stand for long periods of time Requires pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, reaching Work Environment Manufacturing/warehouse setting Repetitive, task-focused work Standing for extended periods may be required PPE Required (steel-toe shoes, glasses, ear plugs, gloves) Growth Opportunity This role is a great way to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing.
