Our team is committed to delivering top-quality solutions and we are looking to expand our assembly department with a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our day shift team.
Job Description:
As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling components and products following provided work instructions. You will be expected to work efficiently, with attention to detail and high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble components per provided instructions and schematics Follow safety and quality procedures to ensure the highest standards of work Perform basic inspections to ensure functionality of products Utilize hand tools Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications:
Previous experience in assembly Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Basic knowledge of hand tools, soldering, and assembly techniques Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude High school diploma or equivalent (required)
