Assembly Associate Job Description:

Precisely measure, cut, and assemble custom window fashions using a variety of hand and power tools. Ensure accuracy in production reports and maintain high standards of quality. Package finished products securely and stage them for shipping. Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team as needed to meet production deadlines. Actively contribute to a positive and motivating team environment.

Assembly Associate Job Requirements:

Strong understanding of measurements, including fractions (1/16, 1/8, etc.). Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to differentiate colors; candidates must not be color blind. Experience in production assembly, machine operation, and reporting. Familiarity with FedEx or UPS shipping processes is a plus.
