Job Description
Job Overview:
BesTemps is seeking an Assembler for our client in Selbyville, DE. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling various components and products using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge. This is a full-time position based in a warehouse facility.Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics
- Assemble parts or components to form the final product
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete assembly tasks
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes
- Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in assembly or related field preferred
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
