Job Description:
Working either independently or as part of a team, the Assembler is responsible for assembling various components into finished products according to documented instructions and customer requirements. This role ensures all assemblies meet quality, safety, and production standards, including proper identification, documentation, packaging, and tagging.
Responsibilities:
Assemble components into final products following written instructions and production paperwork Read and interpret production documents and blueprints to meet manufacturing specifications Measure parts accurately to ensure conformity to print specifications Inspect materials for quality, including edge quality, surface nonconformities, and paint defects (scratches, blemishes, etc.) Complete required production, quality, and timekeeping documentation Accurately fill out and attach production tags to identify completed parts Perform basic equipment setups using prewritten programs Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in compliance with facility housekeeping and 6S standards Pay close attention to detail and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness Place HOLD tags on products determined to be suspect per quality procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
High School diploma/GED 1 year + within a manufacturing setting Must have a fundamental knowledge using basic hand tools Must have some knowledge of Bill of Material and Print Reading Ability to communicate effectively in English Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Willingness to work overtime as needed Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to kneel, crouch, reach, and lift frequently throughout the shift

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
