This position plays a critical role in the assembly of precision HVAC and flow measurement instrumentation used across a variety of industrial applications. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, enjoys hands-on work, and is comfortable assembling small components in a manufacturing environment where quality and attention to detail are essential. What You'll Do Assemble stem-style flow and temperature sensor products following work instructions and engineering drawings Perform precision mechanical assembly of probes, stems, fittings, sensors, and related instrumentation components Conduct visual inspections and quality checks throughout the assembly process Utilize hand tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment safely and effectively Support testing, troubleshooting, and calibration preparation of completed assemblies Read and interpret blueprints, assembly diagrams, and technical documentation Maintain accurate production records and assembly documentation Follow ISO, ESD, quality, and safety standards Assist with material preparation, inventory organization, and maintaining a clean workstation Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support operational goals
QualificationsRequired:
1-3 years of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Experience working with small parts and precision assemblies Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and technical drawings Comfortable using hand tools, calipers, and measuring devices Basic computer and documentation skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred:
Experience with HVAC instrumentation, sensors, or flow measurement equipment Calibration, testing, or quality inspection experience Soldering or light electrical assembly experience Familiarity with ISO-regulated manufacturing environments Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience Why Join ZenTech Consulting?
