$15.00/hr•$16.00/hr+ (DOE) Pay increases available upon hire for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and quick learning ability.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking detail-oriented Harness Assembly Technicians to join a growing aerospace manufacturing team. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent hand-eye coordination, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with small components and wiring assemblies. Candidates with previous assembly or manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply; however, entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn will also be considered.
Responsibilities:
Assemble wire harnesses and aerospace components according to specifications Work with small parts, wires, and detailed assemblies Follow production instructions and quality standards Inspect completed assemblies to ensure accuracy and functionality Maintain a clean and organized work environment Support production and assembly operations as needed
Qualifications:
Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to work with small components and wiring assemblies Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Willingness to learn and grow within the company Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
