Job Description

We are seeking entry-level Assemblers to join our production team. In this role, you will assist with assembling and testing battery modules and packs in a cleanroom setting for satellite systems. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment while developing a strong foundation for a technical career. What You'll Do Assemble battery modules and packs by following provided instructions and diagrams Carry out assembly tasks accurately using standard procedures Operate welding equipment to join components while following safety practices Inspect battery components and finished products to ensure they meet quality requirements Accurately record test results and production data Report defects or issues in accordance with company procedures Safely handle materials while adhering to cleanroom and safety guidelines Maintain a clean and organized workspace and use required protective equipmen Qualifications Entry-level experience High aptitude for working with small electronic components and mechanical equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to document test results and non-conformities accurately Capability to follow ESD, safety, and cleanroom protocols consistently. You will work around battery modules, packs, and related test and welding equipment, following strict ESD and safety protocols. All team members must adhere to the employer's PPE requirements, which include wearing smocks, hair nets, beard nets (if applicable), and shoe covers while in designated areas. The environment emphasizes cleanliness, attention to detail, and consistent adherence to procedures to maintain a high standard of product reliability. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kendall, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
