This position supports the manufacturing process by ensuring products are built safely, accurately, and efficiently. Essential Job Duties

• Assemble mechanical and structural components using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
• Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and schematics to ensure proper assembly.
• Perform basic wiring, routing, and installation of electrical components as required.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for accuracy, quality, and proper fit.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety policies.
• Report defects, equipment issues, or material shortages to supervisors promptly.
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and final inspection of completed units.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency or quality.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and deadlines. Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or related trade preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to ___ lbs as needed.
