Job Description

Chipton-Ross is seeking multiple Assemblers for a contract opportunity in Oldsmar, FL.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
(REQUIRED
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
): Candidate must be able to read/write English. Strong soldering experience. Operator must be willing to work under a microscope for long periods of time while inspecting and working on PWBs.

IPC-A-610 IPC-J-STD POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a highly experienced Solder Assembler to join our precision electronics manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be an expert in both surface-mount technology (SMT) and through-hole soldering, with a proven track record of removing, repairing, and replacing a wide variety of components—including bottom-terminated parts such as QFNs, BGAs, and LGAs. The role requires hands-on use of advanced rework equipment and the ability to verify workmanship using X-ray inspection techniques. Perform high-mix, low-volume assembly of SMT and through-hole components on complex printed circuit boards (PCBs).
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Accredited High School Diploma or
GED. WORK HOURS
Full-Time- Monday through Thursday 05:00am-03:30pmEST.
Pay:
Up to $30.00 per hour
