Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting daily production operations within a fast-paced factory environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with assembly lines, mechanical tools, and Resistance welding equipment, contributing to efficient manufacturing processes and maintaining high safety standards. Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, including assembly lines and power tools Assist with the assembly, packaging, and inspection of products to ensure quality standards are met Utilize hand tools and mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents or hazards Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines Document production activities accurately and report any issues to supervisors promptly Requirements Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred, especially in assembly or warehouse roles Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly processes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety standards Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks as needed Basic understanding of manufacturing procedures and safety regulations This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing setting. Candidates with warehouse experience or familiarity with factory operations are encouraged to apply. While experience is not required, it is preferred. We can offer On the Job Training. English preferred, but not required.
