Candidates must be flexible to work Saturday's if needed. Position Description The Assembler is responsible for building, testing, inspecting, and packaging medical devices and related components in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow work instructions, and a commitment to quality, safety, and production goals. Assemblers work with both mechanical and electrical components while ensuring products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components into finished medical devices and subassemblies. Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, drawings, and test procedures. Utilize hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, measuring devices, and testing equipment. Inspect, test, and verify products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Document production activities and maintain accurate manufacturing records. Meet production schedules, cycle times, and daily output goals. Perform setup, cleanup, and quality checks within the assigned work area. Package finished products and prepare materials for shipment. Support continuous improvement, 6S, and workplace safety initiatives. Work collaboratively with production, quality, engineering, and manufacturing teams. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or medical device experience preferred. Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality. Basic computer skills for production tracking and documentation. Ability to work overtime and weekends as required. Physical Requirements Frequently lift and carry 10-50 pounds. Occasionally lift up to 75 pounds with assistance. Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Use hands for detailed assembly work and tool operation. Work safely around manufacturing equipment while wearing required
