The company was originally founded in 1950 in Chicago and continues to focus on quality and tradition. Job Summary We are hiring a Front Production Inspector to help ensure food safety and product quality on our production line. This is an entry‑level, hands‑on role . You will inspect tortillas as they come off the conveyor, remove damaged products, and help keep the work area clean and safe. Training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Inspect tortillas for quality as they come from the cooling conveyor Remove tortillas that are damaged, torn, stained, or contain foreign material Stack and transfer good tortillas neatly onto the conveyor for wrapping Follow food safety, GMP, and hygiene rules at all times Wash hands according to food safety requirements Communicate equipment issues or product flow concerns to the Production Supervisor Clean your work area and shut down the conveyor at the end of the shift Work Environment Standing at the end of the production line handling multiple tortilla stacks Use of required personal protective equipment (hairnet, safety shoes, etc.) Qualifications Entry‑level position — no prior experience required Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work six days per week Willing to follow hygiene and uniform standards daily Able to learn quickly and work in a fast‑paced environment Stainless steel boots required (all other safety gear provided) Must complete a 90‑day probationary period El Milagro de Atlanta es una empresa familiar dedicada a la producción de tortillas de alta calidad para el área de Atlanta y el sureste de los Estados Unidos desde 2001.
