Hardware Assembly Technician - Dalton, GA

Responsibilities and Duties Prepare components, tools, and equipment required for repairs, such as heat sinks. Manage inventory levels and maintain the condition of equipment and tools. Document and track repairs using a work order system. Ensure the hardware repair shop environment is well-maintained. Receive and scan incoming inventory shipments. Coordinate inventory movement using pallet jacks. Disassemble miners and replace hash boards when necessary. Apply thermal paste to hash boards as part of repair processes. Perform additional duties as needed. Qualifications 0-2 years of relevant experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Capable of lifting 50-75 pounds.
