BIKE ASSEMBLER

. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing bicycles to ensure they meet our quality standards. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, good hand-eye coordination, and a passion for working with tools and mechanical components. This position requires a commitment to safety and efficiency, as well as a customer-focused approach to deliver the best possible product. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in delivering a high-quality product.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Commit to delivering the highest level of customer service and ensuring a positive experience for every guest. Assemble bicycles, bike components, and install accessories according to specifications, ensuring all components are properly aligned and securely attached. Assemble car racks and other large accessories as needed. Inspect assembled bikes to confirm that they meet quality and safety standards. Perform minor adjustments and repairs as needed during the assembly process. Test bicycles for functionality and stability before final approval. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace. Report any issues or defective parts to the supervisor promptly. Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies. Have confidence working with suspension systems and hydraulic systems

QUALIFICATIONS A

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions. Physical ability to lift and move bicycles and other heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.) Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
