Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Assembly Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with a variety of tools and equipment. This role requires strong teamwork skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assemble products and components according to specifications and instructions Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety procedures and company guidelines Assist team members to meet daily production goals Report any equipment or production issues to supervisors Requirements Must be comfortable working with hand tools and basic power tools Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work well as part of a team Dependable and punctual Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs if needed Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Preferred Skills Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse environments Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Positive attitude and willingness to learn
