Norcross, GAPay:
$20-$23/hour (based on experience)Schedule:
7 am to 4 pm on site M-F (1 hour lunch break and 2 breaks) Our client is a leading manufacturer specializing in precision molds and components, known for delivering high-quality products with strong focus on efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement. They are looking for you, an experienced CNC Machinist / Mold Assembler, who can operate machinery, support production, and ensure quality standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role with strong potential for long-term opportunity.What you get to do:
- Operate CNC milling and turning centers (3, 4, and 5-axis machines)
- Work with automated/robotic cells to support production
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Complete inspection reports and identify any non-conformities
- Assemble parts and complete final mold assemblies
- Follow production schedules and track performance (OEE, time, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace using 5S standards
- Follow all safety procedures and identify potential risks
- Prepare and package completed molds for shipment What you need to succeed:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or machining environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience operating CNC machines (milling/turning)
- Programming experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of SAP or similar systems
- Familiarity with quality inspection tools
