In this role, you'll keep high-speed automation systems running smoothly and ensure quality in every product that supports global healthcare. You'll troubleshoot, maintain, and improve processes while working in a clean, modern environment.
What You'll DoOperate and troubleshoot high-speed automation systemsFollow safety protocols and maintain equipment cleanlinessRead and work from layout drawings and wiring schematicsInstall electrical components and perform diagnostic testsResolve root causes for assembly and molding quality issuesCommunicate technical updates to production and maintenance leadershipSupport production planning and machine assignmentsTrain and strengthen team technical skillsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's in Engineering preferred2+ years in manufacturing or technical training; GMP knowledge a plusExperience with automation and molding components preferredAbility to work with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systemsStrong print reading skills (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic)Understanding of production processes and proven leadership abilityAttention to detail and commitment to safety
