To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(include but are not limited to the following) Safely load and operate packaging and labeling equipment to specifications Proficient at inner casing, master packing, loading cards and blisters Understand lot coding processes and can verify lot code on product Assist with training new employees and temporary workers Understand quality expectations per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions Recommend process improvements for increased efficiencies Display and promote company values (
