Welders read prints and work with fixtures to fabricate parts to our customers' specifications. Ability to work overtime as needed, is necessary, must be a dependable self-starter with a high attention to detail and able to work with minimal supervision. https://www.qualitymfgcorp.com/careers/ Welder Requirements Previous MIG, TIG, and/or robot welding experience in a production environment Must be able to read and understand weld callouts Knowledge of blueprint reading is strongly preferred Must be dependable and reliable Must be self-motivated and able to manage time autonomously Must be able to work in a very fast-paced environment Welder Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently Requires repetitive motion Ability to stand on concrete floors for extended periods Ability to bend, kneel, and move at all levels Ability to work in high-temperate environments Ability to work 10-12 hours in a physical demanding position
