Are you someone who loves working with your hands, operating cool equipment, and taking pride in building a tangible product? We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Specialist to join our team. In this role, you won't be sitting at a desk designing graphics all day. Instead, you will be the engine of our shop, taking pre-existing designs and bringing them to life. You will operate high-tech laser engravers, run heat presses, and physically assemble custom awards, plaques, and medals. Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation:
Set up and safely operate laser engraving machines and heat presses using established, pre-formatted digital files. Physical Assembly:
Assemble plaques, trophies, medals, and custom awards with high precision and attention to detail. Material Prep & Finish:
Clean, polish, and package finished goods to ensure they meet our high-quality standards before shipping or pickup. Inventory & Shop Flow:
Help organize stock, raw materials, maintain equipment, and keep a clean, efficient production space. Quality Control:
Catch spelling errors or physical defects before the product goes out the door. What We Are Looking For (Aptitude & Skills): - The "Maker"
Mindset:
You enjoy hobbies or past work that involve assembly, crafting, building, or working with tools (e.g., woodworking, model building, prototyping, sign-making, or light manufacturing).
Detail-Obsessed:
You notice when something is 1/16th of an inch off-center and it bothers you enough to fix it.
Tech-Comfortable:
You don't need to be a graphic designer, but you must be comfortable navigating basic computer software to load files and send jobs to the laser. Quick typing skills are a big plus.
Physical Stamina:
Comfort being on your feet for most of the day and performing physical assembly tasks with your hands. •
Reliable & Efficient:
You thrive on hitting deadlines and managing your time effectively. —

- Previous experience in a sign shop, print shop, trophy shop, or light manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, or laser operating softwate
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
