This is a hands-on role offering stability, growth opportunities, and strong benefits. Job Overview As a Warehouse Associate (Swing Shift Loader) , you'll split your shift between order pulling and truck loading.

First half:

Pull orders and stock bins Second half: Load trucks and prepare shipments You'll handle construction materials like doors, decking, and moulding in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Pull, stage, and load orders for shipment Operate sit-down forklifts (5,000 lb gas) and combilifts Map, scan, and load trucks accurately Assist with inventory, RF scanning, shipping, and receiving Maintain productivity and a positive attitude Requirements Forklift experience required Ability to lift up to 100 lbs Self-motivated and able to work independently Comfortable around paint, chemicals, and sawdust Warehouse or construction experience is a plus Why Work with Aerotek? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
