We are seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to support heavy assembly operations in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on system and component-level assembly, requiring strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools and equipment used in heavy builds.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform heavy mechanical assembly of systems and components Utilize torque wrenches and other hand/power tools to ensure proper assembly Assist with the movement and positioning of heavy equipment using floor jacks and similar tools Follow work instructions, blueprints, and assembly procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Ensure quality and accuracy throughout the assembly process
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in system or component assembly Strong experience with heavy assembly work Hands-on experience using torque wrenches Familiarity with floor jacks and heavy equipment movement Ability to read and follow assembly instructions or blueprints Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
