As an Assembler, you will be part of the Gun Parts/Body Tubes Assembly Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

- 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday What's the Job?
Assemble assigned gun components according to detailed assembly drawings and job requirements Meet production goals and ensure timely shipment of subassemblies to the gun area Complete and submit all necessary production paperwork accurately by the end of each shift Monitor work visually to uphold quality standards and notify supervisors of any nonconformance or operational issues Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work environment What's Needed? High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions confidently Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with basic math and computer skills Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 lbs. as needed Willingness to train and cross-train within the department to support team flexibility What's in it for me?
