TRAIN ON FIRST SHIFT FOR THE FIRST FEW WEEKS!

$19-22/hr Responsibilities Operate tools and equipment based on instructions and experience. Assist in creating instructions when none are available. Ensure adherence to standard work and quality policies. Monitor own work to meet quality standards and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain accurate timekeeping, record-keeping, labor tracking, inventory control, and process documentation. Support improvement initiatives and generate innovative solutions to complex problems. Stay updated on certifications and training requirements. Complete assignments on time without compromising quality. Train others on assigned tasks, if necessary. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
