In Buffalo Grove, IL Responsibilities :

Operate tools, equipment, and processes following established instructions and procedures Work independently with minimal supervision and assist in developing instructions when needed Follow standard work practices, quality policies, and customer specifications Monitor work to ensure quality standards are consistently met Accurately maintain records including timekeeping, labor tracking, inventory, scrap, and quality documentation Communicate effectively with supervisors and escalate issues when necessary Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, cleanliness, and product quality Contribute ideas and solutions to improve processes and resolve operational challenges Complete required training and maintain certifications for the role Train other team members on tasks and processes as assigned
