What You'll Do Operate Advanced Equipment:

Become an expert in specialized magnetization, demagnetization, and marking systems

Support & Mentor:

Assist fellow assemblers with technical processes and equipment troubleshooting Build with

Precision:

Assemble complex components using detailed blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

Improve Processes:

Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to streamline workflows and boost efficiency

What You Bring Experience:

3+ years in product assembly or roles requiring strict process adherence

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Skills:

Strong blueprint reading, exceptional attention to detail, and familiarity with QMS standards Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elk Grove Village, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
