Fully Onsite Role Overview BEPC is seeking a detail-oriented Assembler I to join our client's manufacturing team in Freeport, Illinois. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in production assembly, equipment operation, product inspection, or fast-paced manufacturing environments. In this role, you will help produce high-quality products and services by assembling and inspecting products, monitoring production, and maintaining a safe and efficient work area. The ideal candidate is dependable, quality-focused, and comfortable working as part of a team in a production setting. Key Responsibilities Operate assigned equipment to assemble and inspect products. Set up and change over equipment as needed to support production requirements. Monitor production activities to ensure quality and efficiency. Record and report production data accurately. Review production reports and identify areas for improvement. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all safety rules, regulations, and company procedures. Participate in continuous improvement activities related to safety, production, and quality. Support implementation of established operating systems and production standards. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic technical skills and mechanical aptitude. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Commitment to safety and compliance with workplace regulations. Preferred Experience Previous manufacturing or assembly experience. Experience operating production machines or equipment. Experience setting up or changing over equipment. Knowledge of safety regulations and manufacturing best practices. Experience recording production data or reviewing production reports. Work Environment This position is performed in a manufacturing environment and requires operating assigned equipment, assembling and inspecting products, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and supporting production goals. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting while following safety, quality, and production standards. About
