Job Description

The Assembler is responsible for assembling LED light fixtures and lighting products according to schematics and production standards. You'll work on the production line, using hand tools, power tools, and saws to build, test, and prepare lighting assemblies for quality inspection. Key Responsibilities Review schematics and work instructions to assemble custom LED lighting products. Pick parts and components, transport them to workstations, and build lighting frames. Use hand tools (drills, sanders, power screwdrivers) as well as a miter saw to cut aluminum to specified lengths. Assemble electronics, lighting elements, and fixtures accurately and efficiently. Test assembled fixtures and prepared them for quality review. Produce assigned products in accordance with verbal and written instructions. Follow standard company procedures and maintain a safe, orderly work area. Perform additional related duties as assigned. Typical Requirements Attention to detail with good time-management skills. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Basic knowledge of computers (preferred but not required). Regular, predictable attendance and ability to meet production schedules. Physical Demands Standing and walking for prolonged periods. Working near moving mechanical parts and in a typically loud environment. Occasional lifting and moving of items over 50 lbs. Visual requirements including close vision, color vision, and depth perception.
