Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electronic and mechanical components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the production of high-quality products, ensuring they meet strict industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to innovation and excellence. Duties Assemble electronic components, including PCB (Printed Circuit Boards), using surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole techniques. Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and assembly instructions to ensure accurate construction. Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and machining equipment to assemble mechanical and electrical parts. Solder components onto PCBs following IPC 610 standards for quality and reliability. Conduct electrical wiring and testing using ohmmeters and other testing devices to verify functionality. Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation processes during assembly. Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing or assembly environments, with a strong understanding of electrical wiring, schematics, and mechanical assembly. Knowledge of PCB assembly processes, surface mount technology (SMT), soldering techniques, and IPC 610 standards. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and their integration into manufacturing systems. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and machining equipment safely and effectively. Mechanical knowledge related to assembly processes and troubleshooting electrical or mechanical issues. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed schematics and technical instructions accurately. Electrical experience including working with schematics, wiring diagrams, and testing devices such as ohmmeters is highly desirable. From $19.00 per hour
