Manufacturing / Finishing Associate
- 1st Shift We are seeking a reliable Manufacturing Associate to support assembly, finishing, and production operations in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities + Assemble mechanical units to close tolerances with high accuracy + Use hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, cutters, and nut drivers + Assist with engineering prototype assembly and note errors or documentation changes + Load, unload, lift, and move materials using carts, forklifts, cranes, or jibs (if trained) + Prepare surfaces and apply paints, lacquers, or enamels + Hang and remove parts from paint lines + Scan work orders and serial tags to access blueprints + Maintain a clean and safe work area + Perform additional production duties as assigned Qualifications + High school diploma or GED + Up to 1 year of manufacturing or related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) + Ability to read blueprints, instructions, and safety procedures + Willingness to learn, cross-train, and work in other departments + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Schedule + 1st Shift + 40 hours per week, with overtime as required based on production needs Physical Requirements + Moderate manual dexterity and physical exertion + Ability to lift, position, and move materials + Occasional exposure to industrial hazards; PPE required
