Heavy Industrial Assembler

1st Shift - Mechanical Machine Builder (Heavy Industrial) Build Industrial Equipment That Makes an Impact We're looking for a skilled Mechanical Machine Builder to join our first‑shift team. In this role, you'll assemble and test custom machinery from prints to final operation. If you enjoy hands‑on work, building complex equipment, and seeing a machine come to life because of your skills—this role is for you. You'll work with precision components, mechanical systems, and basic electrical connections in a safety‑focused manufacturing environment where quality and teamwork matter. Shift:

Typically 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (30‑minute lunch) Standard 8‑hour shifts; occasional 10‑hour days based on production needs Occasional Saturday work (up to 8 hours) Some flexibility needed for 6:00 AM start times Work Environment This is a hands‑on manufacturing role in a historic industrial facility with great natural light. Temperatures vary seasonally—fans, open doors, cold drinks, and frozen treats help during warmer months.
