Job Title:

Assembler Job Description Join our team as an Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in the assembly process. Your responsibilities will include preparing potting materials, applying compounds, and ensuring quality control throughout the production cycle. Responsibilities Prepare potting materials according to specified formulas and instructions. Apply potting compounds to components using manual or automated equipment. Inspect parts for quality and accuracy before and after potting. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards. Follow all company procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines. Assist with basic troubleshooting of potting equipment as needed. Complete required documentation for production and quality control. Essential Skills Proficiency in assembly tasks using hand tools and simple machinery. Experience in material handling, specifically mixing and applying potting compounds safely. Awareness of quality control procedures to inspect components for defects. Basic math and measurement skills for mixing ratios and verifying dimensions. Ability to read blueprints and perform soldering tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in a mechanical assembly or fabrication environment is preferred. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rolling Meadows, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
