avon, indiana Posted 5/1/2026 Closes 5/31/2026 Job details Summary Spherion $21.16 per hour Temp to Perm 3:30 PM - 11:00 PM Industry manufacturing & production (Production Occupations) Reference number S_175315 As a Subassembly & Crating Associate, you will construct shipping structures and support warehouse requirements to ensure quality delivery. You'll play a key role in fulfilling orders by building boxes for parts and maintaining an organized workspace. This position is vital for delivering the right parts to the right place at the right time.

Responsibilities:

Build wood structures, operate hydraulic presses, and use crane systems to prepare materials for shipment. Safely operate forklifts, change batteries/propane, and maintain a valid operator???s license. Interpret blueprints to measure materials and follow strict packaging codes for accurate assembly.

3:30 PM - 11:00

PM Skills:

Previous experience in carpentry, mechanics, and packaging within a manufacturing environment is preferred. Ability to manage high-volume inventory and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality. Experience with various equipment like Sit Down, Stand Up, Reach, and Order Selectors.
