Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Builder / Assembler and become an essential part of creating high-quality products through precise assembly and fabrication. You'll work with a variety of tools, grinders, and sand blast to ensure each component is assembled to exact specifications, contributing to innovative solutions that meet our high standards. Duties Pull/Test Buttons for inspection and conduct quality checks Assemble, position, and align circuits with magnets per schematics, and work instructions. Paint circuits with adhesive per schematics, and work instructions. Safely remove finished parts from molds immediately after curing/cooling to prevent warping or damage Trim, deflash, and clean parts using hand tools Maintain a sanitized, organized, and safe environment by performing routine cleaning, waste removal, and inventory restocking Set up and operate industrial surface grinders to remove coating/material (Onyx) to exact specifications, maintaining, or achieving, high-level flatness Operates sandblast cabinets to clean, deburr, or finish metal and non-metal components, ensuring compliance with strict quality, surface profile, and safety standards Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing or assembly environments Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, sand blast cabinet, grinder, and fabrication tools Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety protocols in a manufacturing setting Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot assembly issues effectively. This position is 4 days a week Monday - Thursday 6am to 4:45pm Overtime is on Fridays is required. Join us if you're passionate about building high-quality products with precision!
