Responsibilities:

Perform simple manual production and assembly tasks with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and safety. Follow clearly defined procedures, standardized work instructions, and visual aids to ensure consistent results. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area in alignment with 5S and housekeeping standards. Visually inspect components and assemblies to identify defects or irregularities. Support basic material handling, including movement, staging, and storage of parts. Report abnormalities, equipment concerns, or process issues promptly to supervisors. Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth workflow and meet production goals. Demonstrate strong attendance, reliability, and commitment-consistent presence is essential to supporting team performance and maintaining production schedules.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Manual dexterity and ability to follow instructions. Basic understanding of safety and hygiene.
