Job Description

Finish Assembler - Full-Time We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Finish Assembler to join a production team in a manufacturing environment. This role involves assembling metal products such as doors, louvers, and enclosures while working at a bench or on the shop floor.
Responsibilities:
Assemble metal products and components Read and follow prints, instructions, and work orders Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, grinders, files, and rivet guns Measure materials accurately using a tape measure Maintain quality and safety standards Work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but training is available Ability to read blueprints and basic instructions Basic math and measurement skills Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable working in a production/shop environment Good vision and hand-eye coordination required This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities to learn and grow within the company.
