Job Description

Assembly Production Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prestige client seeking motivated and dependable candidates to join their growing team in Walkerton, IN. This is a great opportunity to work in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment where employees help build high-quality residential and commercial doors from start to finish. 1st
Shift Opportunities Pay Rate:
Starting at $17.00/hr.
What You'll Do:
Assemble doors and door components from start to finish Work in different production areas including assembly, foam department, and insulation application Operate hand tools and production equipment safely and efficiently Apply insulation using foam and gun spray systems (training provided) Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production specifications Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy before final build Support team members across multiple stages of door manufacturing Help build strong, high-quality, and visually precise finished products
What You'll Bring:
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to use basic hand tools (or willingness to learn) Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to read basic measurements and follow instructions Reliability and strong attendance Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
Requirements:
Must be 18+ years old Ability to work 1st shift consistently Background and drug screening requirements per client (if applicable) Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift Why Peoplelink?
