Pallet Assembler

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pallet Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing and logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling pallets efficiently and accurately to support our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong manual skills, experience with hand and power tools, and a solid understanding of construction-related tasks. This position offers an energetic work environment where teamwork, safety, and quality are prioritized. Paid training is provided to ensure your success in mastering the pallet assembly process. Responsibilities Assemble pallets using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques to meet production specifications Inspect materials and finished pallets for quality control, ensuring durability and safety standards are met Follow schematics, blueprints, or diagrams to assemble pallets accurately and efficiently Perform heavy lifting and manual labor to move raw materials and finished products within the workspace Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks to meet daily production goals Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues promptly to minimize downtime Qualifications Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, schematics, blueprint reading, and fabrication techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction and manufacturing settings Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Join us as a Pallet Assembler and become part of a dedicated team committed to quality craftsmanship and operational excellence.
