Job Purpose:

As a Firearms Assembler at CZ-USA's Kansas City facility, you will play a critical role in building, inspecting, and testing high-quality firearms to support our reputation for craftsmanship and reliability. This hands-on role requires precision, adherence to safety standards, and strong mechanical aptitude. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Perform firearm assembly, disassembly, and reassembly following detailed instructions and procedures Conduct test-firing procedures, including live fire evaluations, to verify mechanical reliability and accuracy of firearms Utilize digital tools and software to complete tasks and document work Monitor inventory and perform parts counts for accuracy and workflow efficiency Troubleshoot quality or assembly issues and escalate to supervisors as needed Support coworkers by providing hands-on job training and collaboration Complete assigned tasks and required paperwork accurately and on time Ensure regular and timely attendance to maintain workflow continuity Maintain a clean and organized work area Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor or management Adhere to all company procedures, safety protocols, and industry regulations

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS

Workload:
