In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw materials into precise, high-quality fabricated components used across various industries. Your expertise in welding, sheet metal work, and mechanical assembly will be essential to ensure our products meet strict quality standards and project deadlines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge fabrication equipment and contribute to innovative projects that make a real impact. Duties Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide fabrication processes Operate power tools, hand tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Perform MIG welding to assemble metal components according to specifications Measure materials accurately using calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments to ensure proper fit and finish Use rigging techniques to lift, position, and secure heavy components during fabrication or assembly processes Conduct quality checks on finished parts using basic math skills and schematics review to verify adherence to tolerances and specifications Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times Assist with machining, pipe threading, soldering, plasma cutting, and assembly tasks as needed for project completion Experience Proven construction site experience or manufacturing background with hands-on fabrication work Skilled in MIG welding and plasma cutting techniques Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical drawings Experience operating power tools such as press brakes, pipe threaders, grinders, drills, and saws Knowledge of rigging practices for lifting heavy materials safely using cranes or forklifts Ability to perform basic math calculations required for measurements and tolerances in fabrication tasks Understanding of ASME codes & standards related to metal fabrication and welding practices Prior experience working with steel components Join us in shaping the future of manufacturing by bringing precision craftsmanship and innovative fabrication skills to our team!
