In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks along the assembly line to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude, experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment, and familiarity with hand and power tools. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing facility committed to excellence and continuous improvement. Duties Operate and monitor assembly line equipment to maintain steady production flow. Use hand tools and power tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently. Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure product standards are met. Assist with loading and unloading materials using forklifts or warehouse equipment as needed. Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to support efficient operations. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and optimize workflow. Skills Proven experience in factory or manufacturing facility settings. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely. Experience with forklift operation and warehouse procedures is highly desirable. Familiarity with assembly line processes and manufacturing best practices. Ability to interpret technical instructions and work with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality standards. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. #MS5
