Commercial Glass Fabricator

Responsibilities Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards to maintain tight tolerances during fabrication Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication Conduct assembly of framing fabrication and mechanical installation tasks on construction sites or manufacturing floors Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to assemble, modify, or repair aluminum components as needed. Follow safety protocols diligently while handling heavy materials, machinery, and fabrication chemicals. Experience Prior experience in fabrication environments, preferably working with glass, aluminum or similar materials, or construction site experience Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality control procedures. Knowledge of mechanical systems and the ability to operate precision measuring instruments Understanding of GD&T principles for ensuring parts meet design specifications. Experience using hand tools and mechanical devices in a manufacturing setting is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot fabrication issues efficiently. Pay:

$18.00 - $27.00 per hour
