Fabricator Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring Fabricators for projects in the Topeka, KS area. The pay range is $24-30/hr and based on experience. All Fabricators are scheduled for 40+ hours a week. We seek detail-oriented professionals with strong fabrication skills to join our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit. Ultimate Job Duties + Read and interpret work orders and blueprints to understand fabrication requirements. + Fabricate using hand and power tools, saws, cutting machines, rolls, or press brakes, adhering to company standards. + Set up equipment and supplies for assigned work. + Self-inspect work to ensure it meets both company and customer standards. + Participate in company training and follow all outlined procedures. + Adhere to safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment. + Foster positive working relationships with team members and department managers. Ultimate Fabricator Requirements + Committed to continuous improvement and not satisfied with suboptimal processes. + Work with a servant's heart and integrity beyond reproach. + Teachable and receptive to feedback. + High School Diploma or GED required. + 1-2 years of fabrication experience preferred. + Ability to analyze and interpret fabrication drawings. + Proficient in basic mathematical operations for measurements. + Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment. + Physically mobile with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, kneel, and use hands for intricate work. Work Environment + Exposure to extreme temperatures, both cold and heat. + Work around moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and vibration. + Moderate to high noise levels. + Respectful interaction with team members. + Flexible schedule, including potential overtime and weekend work. + Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment ( PPE ).
