Assembler Job Description This production role focuses on assembling custom air filters in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of manufacturing or assembly experience and will be cross-trained to work across multiple positions on the production line. You will spend most of your shift on your feet performing light assembly and quality checks. Attention to detail is critical, as each filter is unique and must meet specific quality standards. Responsibilities Perform light assembly tasks to build custom air filters according to specifications Rotate through various positions on the production line and perform key tasks across stations Conduct quality checks and visual inspections to ensure each filter meets required standards Assemble and prepare boxes and packaging for finished products Use small hand tools and power tools safely for scraping, trimming, and basic mechanical tasks Follow written and verbal work instructions with strong attention to detail Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift Adhere to all safety guidelines while operating tools and working on the production line Meet production goals while maintaining consistent quality and pace Demonstrate reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic Lift and move materials/products up to approximately 30 pounds Essential Skills 3-4 years of manufacturing or assembly experience required Ability to stand for the entire shift in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail, especially when working with custom products Ability to perform repetitive light assembly tasks accurately and efficiently Experience using hand tools and basic power tools safely Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards consistently Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Additional Skills & Qualifications Willingness to be cross-trained and work in multiple roles Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Why Work Here?
